Tofu!,

A cool dish I saw featured at a Japanese restaurant at school. Nothing beats a dish filled with fresh tofu. Look at those cute zen-tasting cubes of tofu! Willing to accept any sauce you pour over it, or be as mild as you want it. Those veggies and noodles underneath look pretty appealing too.
