While working on my C program for my assignment I received a call from my good friend Emile from the local pool hall. It looks like he already received my MacBook! This means that I will be picking it up tomorrow night! What a great way to brighten my day! I can’t wait to open up the box, boot it up and start coding on it! Here I come OS X!
I’ll definitely take lots of pictures of my MacBook at all different angles and such. Also I will be adding a section to the site dedicated to the MacBook. I have yet to think of a name for the young Mac. Lots of people on the net seem to call the black version the cow version since some parts are white still (Apple logo on the cover and some peripherals and cords). Either way I’ll have to think of something cool to name it.
I’m so excited! I hope I manage to get some proper sleep tonight! Countdown is ~27 hours until I have it in my hands. It’ll be my first laptop/notebook and I’ll probably baby the investment all the time!

Not much has been happening the past few days. Nothing spectacular to rant about and my homework is slowly piling up. I have something like 4 assignments due in the next few weeks. They should keep me more than busy enough. I can’t complain though since there’s more than enough time for me to get them done. If only I broke myself away from my Eve Online skill training.
I’m trying to get my drone skills up so I can essentially run a drone boat as they call it. No guns fitted. Just a purely defense oriented setup where my minions do all the work and I just sit back and target the new enemies that choose to fire at me. It should be fun and will most definitely make running some missions easier since I like to solo quite a bit. I should get together with a player owned corporation but most of them don’t impress me. The last great corporation I joined has moved into dangerous low-sec so I haven’t joined back with them nor do I intend to– although there were some nice people in that corporation. It will take a while before I find a better corporation but I rather wait for one to recruit me than to bug one to be recruited.
